1. License Overview:

This agreement defines the terms of use for mockup files (hereinafter referred to as “Mockups”) provided by editpsdfile.com. By downloading and using any Mockup from the website, you accept and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document.

2. Permitted Uses:

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Mockups from editpsdfile.com for both personal and commercial purposes. You may:

  • Use Mockups in online and offline media, including websites, blogs, social media, online stores, print materials, advertising, portfolios, and presentations.
  • Incorporate the Mockups into client projects, including for promotional and commercial use, without any limitations on the number of uses.
  • Edit, customize, and modify the Mockups by replacing the sample design with your own artwork, text, logos, or branding.

3. Usage Restrictions:

To protect the integrity of the Mockups and ensure fair usage, the following restrictions apply:

4. Distribution of Flattened Files:

After customizing the Mockups, you may share the output in a flattened graphic format (e.g., JPG, PNG) with clients or third parties. Flattened files do not contain editable layers and are intended for final use, such as in:

  • Client presentations and proposals
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Social media posts, website graphics, and e-commerce product listings
  • Print advertising, brochures, and catalogs

5. Attribution and Credit:

Attribution to editpsdfile.com is not required when using Mockups for any purpose. You are free to use the Mockups in your projects without providing a link or credit back to the website.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

All Mockups available on editpsdfile.com remain the intellectual property of editpsdfile.com. The license grants you the right to use the Mockups as outlined in this agreement but does not transfer ownership of the original files or design elements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability:

editpsdfile.com provides Mockups “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied. The website is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of Mockups. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Mockups complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

8. Acceptance of Terms:
