Usage, License & Service Agreement

This agreement defines the terms for using downloadable mockup files (“Mockups”), online web tools (“Tools”), and paid editing services (“Services”) provided by editpsdfile.com. By downloading Mockups, using any Tool, or engaging our Services, you accept and agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Mockup File License

This section applies to downloadable mockup files (“Mockups”) from editpsdfile.com.

Permitted Uses (Section 2 of original)

• You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Mockups for both personal and commercial purposes.
• Use Mockups in online and offline media, including websites, blogs, social media, online stores, print materials, advertising, portfolios, and presentations.
• Incorporate the Mockups into client projects, including for promotional and commercial use, without limitations on the number of uses.
• Edit, customize, and modify the Mockups by replacing the sample design with your own artwork, text, logos, or branding.

Usage Restrictions (Section 3 of original)

To protect the integrity of the Mockups and ensure fair usage, the following restrictions apply:

• No Editable File Distribution: You may not distribute, share, or sell the original Mockup files in an editable format (e.g., PSD, TIF, AI) through any medium.
• No Resale or Stock Distribution: It is strictly prohibited to sell or upload the Mockups to any stock, microstock, or template websites, even if modified.
• No Redistribution as Mockup Files: You may not redistribute the Mockups as standalone files or as part of a bundle, package, or template collection.

2. Free Online Tools License

This section applies to the use of online tools available on editpsdfile.com.

Permitted Uses

• Use the online Tools for their intended purpose for both personal and commercial projects.
• Use the output generated by the Tools (e.g., optimized images, patterns) in your projects, provided you own the rights to any content you uploaded (if applicable).

Restrictions

• DO NOT reverse engineer, copy, or duplicate the Tools’ code or functionality.
• DO NOT use the Tools illegally or to infringe on rights.
• DO NOT overload the Tools with excessive automated requests.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content uploaded to the Tools.

3. Paid Editing Services Terms

This section applies when you engage our paid PSD editing or fixing services.

• Quotes & Payment: Services require a custom quote based on complexity. Payment terms will be outlined in the quote.
• Revisions & Turnaround: Reasonable revisions based on the original scope are included. Turnaround times are estimates provided with the quote.
• Client Responsibilities: You must provide clear instructions and have the legal rights to modify submitted files.
• Confidentiality: All client files submitted for paid services are treated with strict confidentiality.

4. General Terms

The following terms apply to all resources (Mockups, Tools) and Services offered.

• Attribution (Section 5 of original): Attribution to editpsdfile.com is not required but is always appreciated.
• Ownership (Section 6 of original): All original Mockups and Tool designs/code remain the intellectual property of editpsdfile.com. Licenses grant usage rights only.
• Disclaimer (Section 7 of original): Mockups and Tools are provided “as is,” without warranty. Paid Services aim for accuracy based on instructions. We are not liable for damages arising from use. You are responsible for ensuring compliance and having necessary rights.
• Changes (Section 9 of original): editpsdfile.com reserves the right to modify this agreement. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

By downloading Mockups, using the online Tools, or engaging our paid Services (Acceptance – Section 8 of original), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
